  • Do you do sample orders?
    Because of the extremely high order volume we process, we do not offer free sample orders as a service. However, you’re welcome to place a sample order before you plan on placing a larger order to test out our printing service. In addition, if you’re worried about print quality, please check out our gallery page for some images of our work. Please note that there is no guarantee that a sample or a smaller sized order will be printed with the same print method as a larger sized order. For small quantity orders, we almost always Vinyl, whereas on larger orders, we tend to use Screen Printing more often. Please keep this in mind when placing orders for samples.
  • How do I get a quote?
    The easiest way to get a quote is to email us at info@jimmytz.com You will be given a quote for the total, and the cost for each item. Please include number of pieces , color of T-shirt, design and date needed order to be completed by and another info you would like us to know that will help us give you a quote quicker. Please allow 24-48 to get back to your email as we are usually very busy

    We offer local pick up in Toronto, but this needs to be arranged with calling us at 647-977-7654 or email us at info@jimmytz.com

    Yes we offer free shipping
  • What is your return/exchange/cancellation policy?
    We do not stock printed T shirts. We print as customers purchase online. Each T shirt is printed for each individual customer. We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or if you have received a size or item different from what you have ordered.
