Welcome to Jimmy T'z Vintage Inc. online store. The following terms and conditions guide the use of and commerce in our online shop. These terms and conditions may be adjusted from time to time. Please read before making an online purchase at Jimmy T'z Vintage Inc online store.

1 - General
You can shop our product through our online shop. If you have any questions please contact our customer service for help at info@jimmytz.com All merchandise remains our property until payment is fulfilled. Any attempts of frauds will be reported to the police. Jimmy T'z reserves the right to cancel, hold on to, or further investigate an order at suspicion, even if delivery time is affected. No other payment options in addition to those displayed at checkout is accepted. Jimmy T'z  Vintage Inc. holds the right to have minor deviations related how material, color, weight, measurements, or manufacturing, appear on our online shop. This also includes type faults, price and any changes. All prices are in Canadian dollars

2 – Shipping & Delivery
All shipments are sent by Canada Post depending on where you reside. The order will be sent to the address you enter at the checkout. The shipping country is chosen at checkout. All prices, currencies in Canadian dollars, delivery times and delivery charges will be adjusted depending on the country you would like your items shipped to. Jimmy T'z Vintage Inc. online store will dispatch the approved orders as quickly as possible and in the order that they have been received. You will recieve a tracking link along with your shipment confirmation when your package leaves the warehouse.

A. Shipping destinations and shipping fees 
Estimated delivery time is 1-14 working days,
Shipping fees and all taxes are include .

B. Uncollected packages
We will charge $25  for declined items, e.g. if you refuse to sign or will not pick up the order at your pick-up point. Damaged goods shall be reported at the pick-up point. If you notice the damage after receiving the package please contact our customer service. When returning it you are responsible for the goods.

C. International taxes and duties
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. We cannot control and Jimmy T'z Vintage Inc.is  not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package upon delivery. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information.

3 - Payment
You have the following options:
- Credit card (Mastercard/VISA) for on line sales
- Paypal for on line sales

- E-Transer Payment (Canadian Customers only) wholesale only

When using credit card you pay immediately at checkout.  All information concerning your credit card is encrypted and secured. Jimmy T'z reserves the right to cancel, hold on to or further investigate an order at suspicion, even if delivery time is affected.

4 – Returns and exchanges

NO RETURN OR REFUND 

 

We do not stock printed T shirts. We print as custmers purchaced on line.

Each T shirt is printed for each indvidal customer. We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or where you have received a size or item different from what was ordered.
